Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable, staff claims processing, and account reconciliation would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls, including accounting and reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Compliance functions.
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.

How you succeedWhat you doReview and validate vendor invoices and staff expense claims to ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Perform GST and withholding tax accounting for invoices and staff claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable tax regulations.Manage billing, reconciliation, and settlement of intercompany transactions with subsidiaries and overseas branches, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Monitor and resolve issues arising from day-to-day BAU activities, escalating where necessary, and driving corrective actions and process enhancements.Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations and expense reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper financial control.Support month-end close processes, including journal postings, accruals, and variance analysis.Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening controls, efficiency, and scalability of processes.Support the development, enhancement, and enforcement of finance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.Who you work withCompetitive base salary.
