Calibration Technician

Responsibilities

• Calibrate dimensional and mechanical tools (Torque, Force) both in-house and on-site (where required) according to established calibration procedures
• Record calibration data accurately on worksheets to maintain integrity and consistency of test procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 and SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 standards
• Follow and implement management instructions and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality outcomes and maintain attention to detail
• Maintain clear and legible documentation of calibration activities
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Understanding of SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 requirements
• Relevant technical qualification in a related field
• Prior experience in dimensional and/or mechanical calibration and/or CMM measurement
• Strong work ethic and good handwriting
• Singaporean/Malaysian/SPR
