Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the countries where the Group operates.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team across different business units and geographic allocations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Management orrelated disciplines. Equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience in multinational corporations, regional organizations, or fast-growing enterprises.
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources leadership roles with strong capabilities in talent management, organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational transformation and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in establishing and enhancing HR functions and supporting business growth.
  • Experience in regional HR operations and managing multi-site organizations will be an advantage.
  • Experience in the F&B, Retail, Manufacturing or Multi-site business environment is preferred.
