Job Description Summary In this role, The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the long-term success of PDx relationship with an assigned set of accounts in selected region in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and PDx. Job Description Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers (hospital president, pharmacy director etc.) in major hospitals, local medical association and pharmacy association Hospital listing in identified key hospitals Protect hospital access (ie. reduce the risk of volume control and delisting) Design and implement key account programs Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all PDx products & services Lead and leverage region team and other function, sales, marketing, commercial, etc to provide the necessary clinical and business content to customers as needed Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans with cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Establish and enhance relationships with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate PDx resources. Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies
