Job Description Assume the role of Relationship Manager in delivering banking service and solutions to a portfolio of commercial banking accounts. Implement agreed business plan and strategies towards KPIs as set by BUH and the Bank. Aligned with the Bank's overall business direction to contribute to the targets and strategies of BU. Achieve and sustain business growth, and identify risk and opportunities. Deepen existing client relationships and expand clientele base by on-boarding new customers. Promote banking products - including but not limited to deposits (especially CASA ), CAPEX loan, trade/ working capital finance, factoring, supply chain financing, equipment finance, equity and debt capital market, treasury products (such as leverage forward, CCS/ IRS) with top quality services. Work closely with TH, CH and peers (including UOB China (UOBC) and other network countries) to contribute to business plans and ensure good collaboration between UOBHK and all other network countries. Able to drive the commercial banking business by increasing number of accounts, loan & deposit balance (especially CASA) & other fees based products. Explore clients' needs for sustainability financing and green loans/bonds. Day-to-day client liaisons to understand the client's latest banking needs and credit standing. Embrace a risk-management culture to ensure that business development aligns with the Bank's risk appetites and complies with both internal and external regulatory requirements. Follow strong risk culture and risk management mindset to pertain to the decision of management and credit, and upkeep compliance standard. Work harmoniously and cohesively within teams and other counter-parties. Job Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related discipline 8 - 15 years client coverage experience in commercial banking sector, mid-caps and large SMEs with excellence sales track record in Hong Kong and Pearl River Delta Region Licensing Requirements: HKMA Type 1 & 4 is mandatory; HKFI is preferable Sound credit and business knowledge in commercial banking space and relevant client / industrial knowledge Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong analytical and presentations skills Able and willing to work with peers to achieve common objectives Self-motivated, result driven and customer oriented Less experienced candidates will be considered as Relationship Manager Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is preferred Important Notice - HKMA Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme This role falls under the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme introduced by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), effective from 30 September 2025.
