Job Description: Business Coach Cairo Full Time (40 hours) Fixed Term Shift work - Shifts will fall between Sunday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm UK time We make health happen We're a team that's passionate about leading the healthcare insurance market and improving wellbeing for all. Role Overview You will provide an innovative and flexible resource to support the commercial operations team to enhance overall performance and customer outcomes by identifying training needs and coaching solutions. You will work to improve individual and teams speed to competence against training. You'll help us make health happen by: Working in partnership with key stakeholders and line managers to identify training and coaching needs for individuals and the team. Recommending solutions to deliver the needs identified and delivered in a structured timetable of activates evidencing key objectives. Designing and developing interventions, through internal and external means, enrol and engage business partners Delivering training and coaching interventions by a variety of medium including Classroom, Team meetings, Facilitation, and one to one Coaching Supporting teams with both telephony, webchat and customer service skills and regulatory requirements by way of "on job" accompaniments, giving feedback in verbal and written format Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Multilingual skills essential, including excellent written and spoken English Educated to degree level Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications Coaching experience or Certification is essential ideally within a regulated environment Training/Facilitation experience would be beneficial Advert will close externally once sufficient application numbers are received and this may be before any published closing date.
