Job Description Define and manage the product lifecycle for data centre solutions and services Translate customer needs into requirements across capacity, resilience and SLAs Partner engineering/ops to ensure feasibility, service readiness and quality Build product packaging: features, service tiers, pricing inputs and T&Cs Enable sales with value propositions, playbooks, and competitive positioning Track performance (pipeline, adoption, margin, churn) and iterate the roadmap Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external vendors/partners The Successful Applicant 4+ years in product management, product marketing or solution ownership Exposure to data centre / infrastructure / cloud / managed services environments Comfortable working with technical concepts (SLA, capacity, resilience, ITSM) Strong stakeholder management across engineering, ops, sales and finance Commercial mindset: ability to connect customer outcomes to revenue/margins Structured execution skills: roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery cadence What's on Offer You'll gain end-to-end ownership of high-impact infrastructure products, with strong exposure to enterprise customers and cross-functional leadership.
