About the role

The Team Assistant - Corporate Development will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Development team. This role is critical to ensuring the team operates efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by managing scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across stakeholders. The role contributes to the effectiveness of the Corporate Development function by enabling smooth team operations, supporting internal and external interactions, and ensuring strong organization across multiple priorities. The Team Assistant will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to help the team stay focused, well-prepared, and operationally effective. Your responsibilities will include: Manage complex, time-critical scheduling for multiple team members, including coordination of high-priority internal and external meetings with participation of C-suite executives that require careful sequencing, advance planning, and real-time adjustment as priorities shift. Organize meeting logistics, including room bookings, agenda support, and follow-up coordination. Assist with coordination of deal-related logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Prepare, format, and update presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents. Act as a coordination point between the Corporate Development team and internal stakeholders across functions. Support the management of external supplier relationships, including coordination of contracts, payments, and ongoing supplier administration, interfacing with Legal and Procurement as required. Support administrative processes such as team budgeting activities, expenses, invoices, tracking, coordinating approvals, and record keeping. Support travel arrangements, itineraries, and team offsites in line with internal processes and policies. Help manage shifting priorities and provide timely support in a fast-changing environment. Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is handled accurately and confidentially. Proactively identify administrative needs and help the team stay well-prepared and on track. We expect you to have: 3-7 years of experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role. Experience supporting senior stakeholders and working with complex, fast-changing schedules. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, reliable, and discreet approach to handling sensitive information. Proficiency in standard office tools such as Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. Experience coordinating meetings, travel, documentation, and administrative processes in a structured way.
