Fixed assets & depreciation Monitor acquisitions, disposals, and impairment calculations Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate physical inventory with controlling and relevant departments Accounting review & closing Perform monthly account reviews and variance analysis Actively contribute to monthly and annual closings: prepare financial statements, record and justify closing entries Tax Prepare tax returns (VAT, DEB, CVAE, Corporate Tax, etc.) in collaboration with another team member Intercompany Reconcile intercompany transactions and analyze discrepancies Cross-functional projects Contribute to various projects such as ERP implementation in subsidiaries, process automation, and digitalization Technical environment ERP: Microsoft Dynamics Reporting: Excel (models, macros, analysis) Your profile : Experience: Minimum 5 years in general accounting, ideally in an international environment Languages: Fluent French, professional English (level to be assessed during interviews) Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics and advanced Excel Soft skills: Accuracy, organization, analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionally Autonomy: Proactive approach and ownership of assigned scope
