Commercial Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and follow up on tender and sales opportunities across public and private sector projects.
• Prepare and coordinate project proposals, quotations, Bills of Quantities, tender documents, and related submissions within required timelines and submission requirements.
• Conduct client presentations, understand project requirements, and recommend practical, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Support and manage commercial discussions on pricing, contract terms, project scope, and delivery requirements.
• Work closely with technical, engineering, operations, and project teams to develop suitable solutions and support smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress from commencement to completion to ensure delivery aligns with timeline, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, tender updates, project status reports, and support business development activities to grow the customer base.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum3 years of relevant experience in sales, tendering, commercial coordination, or project management, preferably within construction or engineering-related industries.
