Security Officer

About the role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ensure the security, safety and wellbeing of all personnel, visitors and premises. Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, sabotage, fire and other safety issues Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers Daily checking twice a day on electrical fence and perimeter walls fence against intrusion or breakings Quality Reporting on inbound and outbound cargo Check and control the night mobile police unity as per agreed number on site and test of panic buttons on weekly basis Control presence of guards as per number of guards informed on security companies' invoices Adhere to all company service and operating standards involvement in CHESS routines; i.e. general safety inspections Reporting Structure The incumbent will be reporting to the Security Superintendent Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 Certificate Experience with a background on security- preferable 3 to 7 years of experience Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse workforce.
