About the role

## **What you can look forward to:** - Driving the growth of our partner business across Eastern Europe - Identifying, acquiring and onboarding new partners to expand our market presence in the region - Developing existing partnerships into long-term, high-performing relationships and growing their revenue contribution - Working closely with Product Management and Marketing to launch products and campaigns through the partner channel - Identifying new market and business opportunities and translating them into actionable go-to-market initiatives - Owning and further developing the partner strategy for the Eastern Europe region, including pipeline, performance and growth reporting - The opportunity to take on real responsibility and to grow both personally and professionally ## **What you bring:** - Completed commercial or technical vocational training, plus a relevant further professional qualification - Several years of experience in business development, partner or channel management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment - A proactive, hunter mindset with confident negotiation skills and strong communication abilities - An independent, structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working - Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage - Willingness to undertake regular business travel within the Eastern Europe region ## **What we bring:** - Flexible working hours - Exclusive employee discounts - Option to work remotely - Collectively agreed special payments and special leave - Company pension scheme - bike leasing and more Minebea Intec is one of the world's leading manufacturers of weighing and inspection technologies.
