Weighbridge & Administration Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day weighbridge operations and customer transactions
• Coordinate truck scheduling and logistics across multiple sites
• Support contractor onboarding (inductions, SWMS, insurance checks)
• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation
• Complete daily/monthly reporting and system updates (e.g. Mandalay, Salesforce)
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and general admin tasks
• How you'll connect to the role:
• Experience in weighbridge, logistics or administration environments
• Strong organisation and data accuracy skills
• Knowledge of safety systems, contractor compliance or quarry operations preferred
• Confident working across multiple systems
• Knowledge of Mass Management
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Commitment to safety and compliance

This role is offered initially on a ongoing casual basis, with potential to convert into a permanent role in the future, although this is not guaranteed. Please note, working hours for this role are 8am-6pm Mon-Fri with full penalty rates in place.
