ESTIMATED PAY RANGE Engineer I: $34.62-$40.38/hour Engineer II: $38.46-$44.23/hour Engineer III: $43.27-$49.04/hour Senior Engineer: $46.63-$53.85/hour Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. Paid overtime may be available. JOB SUMMARY As a Mechanical Product Engineer in Faribault, MN , you will: Reduce product and process complexity through fastener standardization, torque‑control strategy, and packaging commonization Support product transfers by updating designs, BOMs, drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing‑ready documentation Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions and production readiness Improve product reliability, manufacturability, and consistency through strong DfMA/DFA principles Lead engineering updates that streamline assembly, reduce variation, and enhance long‑term product performance Serve as a hands‑on engineering resource during factory launches, NPI efforts, and cross‑functional build events Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in Northfield, Owatonna, Dundas, Medford, Lakeville, Farmington, Waseca, and Lonsdale, and the greater southern Twin Cities metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
