Senior Recruiter (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer acceptance
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and hiring decisions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Drive structured and objective interview and assessment processes
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning
• Represent IMS at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to build strong talent pipelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and standards
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a technical or high-demand talent environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience with structured interviewing and candidate assessment methods
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with recruiting KPIs and derive insights
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholder groups
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools is a plus
• Experience in active sourcing and direct search is considered a strong advantage

In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time. At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire-making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric. This role is located in our Viennese Office, but requires also one office day in our headquarter in Brunn am Gebirge.
