Responsibilities
- Provides guidance on assigned plans and policies to management, HR partners, benefits counselors, and other internal partners.

- Coordinates and assists with preparation of communications related to benefit plans.
- Conducts research and analysis regarding employee benefits and makes recommendations on plan design based on results.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or experience in an area of total rewards required.

Position Summary: Marathon Petroleum (MPC) is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join the Benefits Department as a Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst to support the administration of Marathon Petroleum's Health & Welfare and related benefit plans. This position will primarily support MPC's domestic relocation benefit programs. In addition, this role provides data, documentation, and general support to internal and external stakeholders and assists with special projects and ongoing initiatives as assigned. The position is part of a family of jobs with increasing levels of responsibility, competency, and skill.
