Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies.
• Knowledgeable in handling big data governance and experienced in designing complex systems.
• Good understanding of blockchain data structure and how to analyze.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with user research and testing.
• Prefer candidates with experience in using blockchain analysis tools like Dune, Nansen, or Dextools etc.
• Prefer candidates with a background in designing big data warehouses or data platforms.

Job Description: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's Web3 platform. Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation. Develop and execute product testing and launch plans. Measure and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
