Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR office; greet Team Members and visitors and respond to inquiries or route to appropriate departments (Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
- Maintain HR office supplies, forms inventory, and labor law posters.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper personnel records, including I-9 documentation and compliance tracking.
- Organize and retrieve HR documents for audits, employee relations, and legal requests.
- Verify completion of required Team Member acknowledgements and documentation.
- Provide timekeeping support using HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Support onboarding processes, including workspace setup, system access, and documentation.
- Maintain HR shared drive/network folders and ensure document accuracy.
- Keep HR office organized and operationally efficient.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, notices, and HR correspondence.
- Assist with document mailings for current and former Team Members.
- Review, code, and submit invoices and maintain expense documentation.
- Assist with Benefits meetings, Team Member engagement activities, and HR events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for HR leadership as needed.
- Support HR reporting, presentations, audits, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or entry-level HR roles.
- Experience supporting office or departmental operations.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Experience with document management systems (ImageQuest preferred).
- Education
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Strong confidentiality and professionalism handling sensitive HR data.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Team Members and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
