Requirements

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday

We're currently seeking a warm, dependable, and team-oriented Schoolwide Assistant Teacher to join our Harmon center. In this role, you'll support classrooms throughout the school, helping teachers create positive experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children while building meaningful connections with children, families, and fellow educators. As a Schoolwide Assistant Teacher at our Harmon early childhood education center, you'll provide flexible classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs while helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing daycare environment. This role is ideal for candidates interested in childcare, preschool teaching, daycare support, or early childhood education careers.
