The Analyst, Global Security for India & APAC will assist in to protecting our people, facilities, data, and company brand, by providing best in class Global Security solutions, services, and technology for PTC throughout India and APAC, reporting directly to the regional Manager, Global Security. Position Responsibilities: Supports regional Manager, Global Security in all global security strategic focus areas to including Physical & Technical Security, Travel Risk Management, and Crisis Response & Resiliency. Provides security office administrative duties as needed, to support PTC employees at the dedicated regional HUB. Performs daily operations in the enterprise video and access control software, to include badging & ID, occupancy reporting and video review. Responsible for security technology health and maintenance processes and procedures. Communicates with PTC managers on office space and restricted space access requests and access rosters. Monitors regional global security mailbox and service ticket system for employee assistance requests, per region. Monitors PTC Crisis Platform for potential threat to PTC employees/business and escalates as needed. Coordinates and communicates with regional property management security teams as needed, to ensure safe and secure environment for PTC employees. Assists in scheduling additional security coverage for PTC events when required. Works closely with PTC Office Managers to support the ERT needs, training, and plans. Assists office managers in region to schedule First Aid, CPR & AED training. Tracks regional global security metrics, as developed by Global Security Leadership Responsible for all other projects assigned by the regional global security manager.
