Covering the 360 full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding Conduct deep and thorough talent market research across different regions and industry specialty Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients Stay on top of the tech/AI industry trends We expect you are: Bachelor or equivalent education background in HR, Business, Cognitive Science, Psychology or Knowledge management Experience in HR/Recruitment/Business Consulting related internships will be huge plus Strong learning agility to get adapted to new domain knowledge, environment and organizational culture rapidly Good communication skills with candidate/client to conduct needs assessment Passionate about either tech advancement or Recruiting business Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
