Additional Information

CAD-PLM System Management & Development Manage and maintain the existing PLM-CAD system, ensuring stability and performance; Develop and enhance PLM-CAD functionalities in line with business requirements; Configure workflows, data structures, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, internal Materials DB, ...); Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments; Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices within the PLM environment. User Support & Training Provide day-to-day support to CAD-PLM users across engineering and other departments; Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution; Track and update issues in the dedicated internal support portal; Deliver user training and create documentation and guidelines; Promote best practices and efficient system usage. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams; Gather requirements and translate them into system improvements; Identify opportunities to optimize processes through whole PLM infrastructure; Escalate issues to the PLM Project Manager and to the software supplier as necessary; Collaborate with IT Teams for integration and infrastructure alignment.
