Manager, Engineering

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale multiple engineering teams (includingmanaging other Engineering Managers). Foster an inclusive, high-accountability, and AI-forward culture.
• Technical Delivery: Drive the architecture, execution, and reliable delivery of large-scale, low latency distributed systems.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management and global leadership to define technical roadmaps and align engineering output with businessobjectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee production health, resource planning, incident response, and continuous deployment cycles with a focus on metrics and predictability.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+years of engineering management experience, ideally managing managers or multiple concurrent teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Background: Strong foundations in distributed systems,networking fundamentals (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP), or systems-level languages (Go, Rust, C++).
• Execution: A proven track record of shipping complex software at scale, handling ambiguity, and resolving structural project blockages.
