Shipping & Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• ⁠Support and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• ⁠Assist in receiving and delivery coordination.
• Packing and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Assist with stock organization and handle delivery and collection of goods.
• Load and unload goods carefully and label parcels clearly and accurately.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers or outlets.
• ⁠Communicate with customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics support.
• ⁠Familiar with packing and able to follow instructions.
• ⁠Basic reading and counting skills.
• ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• ⁠Good attention to detail, careful, strong organizational and communication skills.
• ⁠Possess valid driving license with good driving record.
• Physically fit and able to do packing.
• Familiar with local routes and able to use navigation apps.
