About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting portfolio growth through new opportunities. Responsibilities

  • As an Assistant Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
  • Vacancy promotion and management
  • Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Attending open and routine inspections when required.
  • Reviewing and adhering to office systems, policies and procedures.
  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
  • About you
  • To succeed at Elders, you will have:
  • Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders
  • Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
  • Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
