Accepting applications until: 21 July 2026 Job Description Head of Talent Acquisition - 12 Month FTC Your Role This is an exciting opportunity to lead and evolve talent acquisition for Global, ensuring we attract, engage and hire exceptional talent that enables the business to achieve its ambitious growth plans. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering a forward thinking talent strategy that balances immediate hiring needs with long term workforce planning. You'll lead a high performing team, partner with senior leaders across the business, and drive a best-in-class hiring experience that reflects Global's culture, values and employer brand. Combining strategic leadership with hands on delivery, you'll use market insight, data and innovation to continuously improve how we attract talent, strengthen diverse pipelines, and position Global as an employer of choice. As Head of Talent Acquisition at Global, you will: Talent Strategy & Leadership (30%) Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to Global's business objectives, growth plans and future workforce needs. Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous development. Ensure consistency and quality across all hiring activity, embedding best practice, innovation and operational rigour. Provide thought leadership on talent market trends, workforce planning and emerging recruitment strategies. Foster strong collaboration across People & Culture and wider business functions to deliver a robust talent agenda. Hiring Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership (40%) Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements, providing strategic advice and market insight. Oversee end to end recruitment delivery, ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across all functions and levels. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles while continually improving quality of hire. Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Global's culture and values. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, challenging constructively and influencing hiring decisions where appropriate. Employer Brand, Data & Continuous Improvement (30%) Lead the optimisation and implementation of Talent Acquisition technology, systems and tools, ensuring they support an efficient, scalable and insight-driven hiring process across the business. Leverage data, analytics and hiring insights to inform decision making, measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process, ensuring fair, consistent and inclusive recruitment practices. Identify and implement scalable processes, technology and innovations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Establish meaningful hiring metrics and reporting frameworks that demonstrate impact and support business decision making. Identified and delivered opportunities to enhance Talent Acquisition systems and tools, improving data visibility, operational efficiency and the overall effectiveness of the hiring process. Delivered the implementation or enhancement of recruitment technology, automation and AI-enabled tools that increase productivity and support better hiring decisions. Continued delivery of a data led talent acquisition roadmap aligned to business priorities. Strengthened team engagement, capability and performance through coaching, development and clear direction.
