Acute Care Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider

About the role

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity. The primary location for this role is remote , travel is expected to be up to 10%, and the expected schedule is shift work (3-4 12-hour shifts per week) of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Active NJ, NC, or TN licensure is required.

• What You Bring & How You Qualify
• First and foremost , you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Pediatric PA or NP in a high-volume emergency medicine or urgent care setting strongly preferred
• You are Board Certified Physician Assistant National Certification Exam or Nurse Practitioner. Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred, and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care is a plus.
• Experience managing medically complex pediatrics required.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Virtual care experience a plus.
• Active NJ, NC, or TN licensure required, and an additional license in TX, FL, NY, MO, DC, or GA is preferred.
• Active DEA Controlled Substance Registration or eligible for application.
• Maintenance of professional credentialing and CME standards.
