Job Description Summary The Change & New Product Introduction (NPI) Leader within AEO Industrialization is responsible for leading supplier change management and product introduction activities to ensure parts are successfully transitioned into production. This role partners closely with delivery, procurement, quality, engineering, program, and sourcing teams to drive readiness, protect supply continuity, and support on-time delivery to engine and spare customers. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs in accordance with established processes, policies, and tools. Drive execution of new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes, to ensure parts are qualified and ready to enter production on time and with no disruption to supply. Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes. Maintain and communicate source change and NPI execution plans across supply chain teams, commodity teams, program teams, and customer stakeholders. Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact, including delivery, quality, and fleet needs. Identify execution gaps, escalate issues through the appropriate channels, and drive corrective actions using available enterprise and supplier resources. Provide regular updates to Materials, Planning, and Commodity teams to ensure supply overlap, production readiness, and successful implementation of source changes. Partner with Commodity Buyers when commercial support or supplier intervention is required to achieve program objectives. Represent supplier readiness and change status in integrated product team and program discussions, ensuring alignment on part qualification, delivery timing, and production readiness. Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions that align with supplier contracts, company policy, and business strategy. Lead small to mid-sized cross-functional projects, influence peers across the organization, and help build alignment among stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes. Serve as a resource to less experienced team members and support problem solving through strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective prioritization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in change management, project management, or supply chain-related roles. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, supply chain, sourcing, or related fields. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
