Network Architect

Requirements

• 15+ years of deep, hands-on networking experience in global enterprise environments
• Proven ability to architect (not just operate) large, complex multi-site networks
• Expert-level proficiency in:BGP, OSPFSD-WAN (Fortinet preferred)
• Firewalling (FortiGate), switching (FortiSwitch), centralized management (FortiManager)High-availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR), routing failover, ISP redundancyNAC / 802.1X / certificate-based auth (Portnox a plus)
• Enterprise Wi-Fi architectures
• Strong experience designing networks for warehouses, distribution centers, and high-density offices
• Excellent, fluent English (written & spoken)Ability to create professional design documents and present to senior leadership
• Demonstrated independence: can deliver from problem to solution without oversight

About role - We are seeking a Senior Network Architect-a highly experienced, deeply technical leader-to own the global network architecture for Pattern. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who excels in strategy, design, vendor management, troubleshooting, and independent execution. You will function as the most senior technical authority in India, proactively identifying issues, delivering future-proof architectural improvements, and executing global network projects with minimal oversight.
