  • Proven experience leading cross‑platform, enterprise‑scale services in a complex, global environment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platforms, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience operating API‑led and event‑driven architectures at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with operational accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technology, security, and business teams.
  • Experience establishing platform standards and governance without slowing delivery.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi‑vendor environment.
  • Preferred
  • Background in Digital & Technology, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience with low‑code/no‑code automation platforms and citizen‑developer enablement.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and service assurance in a platform‑led organisation.
  • Experience driving cross‑platform reuse and adoption over bespoke solutions.
  • Strong people‑leadership experience building high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams.
