Payroll Specialist, Permanent Role

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries in APAC and MEA.
• Partner closely with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, and final payroll outputs.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, employment regulations, and payroll legislation across the respective countries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, HR teams, and external vendors.
• Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Monitor changes in employment laws, tax regulations, and payroll requirements, particularly within Singapore and other supported markets.
• Provide support on compensation and benefits administration activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably with regional payroll exposure.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll vendor management.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations, statutory contributions, and MOM requirements.
• Exposure to payroll operations across multiple countries within APAC and/or MEA is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Regional Payroll Specialist We are seeking an experienced Regional Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple countries in APAC and MEA. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes in partnership with external payroll vendors, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in payroll governance, stakeholder management, and compliance while supporting a workforce of approximately 200 employees across Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, Dubai, and the Philippines.
