Responsibilities

  • Select, Implement, Maintain, and Support Supply Chain Analytics process & Information Systems
  • Create and maintain an information systems roadmap
  • Manage and improve the Data process and technology visibility through dashboards and reporting
  • Provide expert resources to support cross function Supply Chain teams' use of systems
  • Serve as the primary interface with IT in support of Sourcing's systems
  • Act as systems lead across all systems that support Procurement, including Ariba, SAP, Garden Shop, BW
  • Establish and maintain Procurement policies and procedures
  • Define audit standards for Procurement and manage the audit processes
  • Drive Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management processes for all Supply Chain.
  • Lead Special Projects as necessary at the request of the VP, Procurement & Planning
  • What you'll need to be successful:
  • BS/BA degree in IT, Finance, Procurement, or other related field.
  • Strongly prefer 5+ years' experience using/supporting Ariba Sourcing, Contract, and/or SIPM.
  • Previous experience using SAP ERP and/or SAP BW is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
