Responsibilities

• As a Structural Engineer in the Bridges and Civil Structures team based in Brisbane, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

Requirements

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Bridge Design and Assessment and the design of other civil engineering structures
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Experience in using MIDAS Civil and/or Space Gass
• Be competent using and documenting digital workflows
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
• Be working towards attaining your CPEng and RPEQ
