Requirements

• 21+ and currently residing in the USA
• High School Diploma or GED
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire)
• Associate Degree or industry training equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience, 2+ years (preferred)
• Cannabis industry experience, 2+ years (preferred)
• Inventory management experience, 1+ years (preferred)
• Guest service experience, 1+ years (preferred)
• Team building & management experience, 1+ years (preferred)
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, time-management, planning, & organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, problem solver, & assessor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

The Dispensary Supervisor helps ensure all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. This position requires a leader that has experience in every workstation of the department and strong cannabis knowledge. Priorities include providing full support to the team, assisting with rest/lunch breaks, communicating departmental updates, and executing all processes within the department. The Dispensary Supervisor will serve as one of the main points of contact for product related inquiries (cultivators/vendors, strain, content information), product trends, employee performance, guest related inquiries (service and product feedback), and must collaborate with management to while help maintain a high team morale. *NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
