We are looking for an Associate Technical Consultant to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and help deliver effective solutions using IPfolio, our leading IP management platform built on Salesforce. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with client communication and wants to develop their expertise in a collaborative, international environment. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Consultant, Application Support, or similar client-facing technical role Proficiency in English Proficiency in German Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience It would be great if you also have . . . Experience with Salesforce (certification is a plus) Basic knowledge of SQL Interest in or experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI) What will you be doing in this role? Work directly with clients to understand reported issues and support requests Analyze client needs and configure appropriate solutions using standard IPfolio functionality Troubleshoot system-related issues and help deliver timely resolutions Use declarative configuration tools to adjust and improve the client setup Collaborate with internal teams across Clarivate IP Management Systems to share knowledge and best practices Provide clear communication and support throughout the issue resolution process About The Product IPfolio is the industry's highest-rated IP management solution, accessible via the Salesforce platform.
