- Radio sales experience is a plus.
- Previous experience setting and enforcing sales metrics and accountability standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create engaging presentations and persuasive proposals.
- High level of motivation, a competitive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
