Requirements

  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with experience using experimentation, attribution, and metrics to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a track record of building teams and driving high execution standards.
  • Excellent communication and interperonsal skills partnering cross‑functionally with Product, Data, and Operations to deliver business impact beyond marketing alone.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
  • Experience scaling growth in a high‑velocity consumer, marketplace, or on‑demand business.
  • Track record of reducing agency dependency and building durable internal performance marketing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with highly disciplined, performance‑driven commerce or platform models.
