Responsibilities
- The Associate Director will make all network design and sourcing decisions for the VMS coop in consultation with SVP, Global SC.

- Review and optimize organization, processes and tools to ensure collaborative manufacturing management is optimized.
- Facilitate roll out of new capabilities to unlock agility and capacity (e.g. Cognitive Automation, 3D printing, new lines, etc.)
- Setup clear communications on progress against any set initiatives
- Drive analytics implementation and adoption
- Key holder of SC strategy development documents and communications
- Provide deep dive into H&W cost structure and identify net productivity opportunities
- Project manage structural supply chain programs such as insource manufacturing, distribution network consolidations and third-party migrations.
- Project manage internal audit
- Facilitate the strategy of the Health and Wellbeing Collective
- Ensure focus on OKRs
- Work on strategic development
- Bring new technologies to the forefront and ensure adoption
- Facilitate and organize cross company execution of strategic planning
- Interface with H&W SCLT to ensure alignment of strategic organizational changes, processes, and tool development
- Project manage structural improvement programs
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Operations / Logistics / Business / Engineering or equivalent experience
- MBA degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, finance, planning, network planning, and/or long term capacity planning
- 5+ years as a manager or leadership position including responsibilities for the oversight of a team
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Broad-based experience in network modeling, influencing and data analytics
- Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration a must
- Holding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing Supply Chain integrated performance, strategic vision and influencing
- Strong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externally
- Ability to travel 25% globally as required to support the business
