Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on crafting compelling offers for new hires while maintaining internal equity.
  • Develop strategies to improve retention in the internship program and secure top talent.
  • Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Design & Administration (10%)
  • Support and evolve programs such as recognition initiatives and "Own Your Career," ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Monitor market trends and employee expectations to propose new policies or updates as needed.
  • Provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll processes.
  • Qualifications Required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 4-5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization. Experience advising people managers - including those based outside Argentina - on local employment practices and legal frameworks.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Workday is desirable.
  • Bilingual English level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
