- Develop strategies to improve retention in the internship program and secure top talent.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Design & Administration (10%)
- Support and evolve programs such as recognition initiatives and "Own Your Career," ensuring relevance and impact.
- Monitor market trends and employee expectations to propose new policies or updates as needed.
- Provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll processes.
- Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 4-5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization. Experience advising people managers - including those based outside Argentina - on local employment practices and legal frameworks.

- Familiarity with Workday is desirable.
