Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiencyTest and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system componentsEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsWork with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and pipingProvide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendationsAssist technicians during service callsSupport technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty callsMaintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actionsFollow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sitesADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH USHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible schedule
