The Position This exciting Social Media Lead position is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Showpo's social media presence, ensuring the brand is elevated, platform-native, and commercially impactful at a critical time as we look to further grow our US business! This role owns the social content ecosystem across key channels, driving strategic content planning, creator and community engagement, and performance-led optimisation. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Ecom and Marketing, the Social Media Lead ensures social content strengthens brand world, deepens audience connection, and contributes to business growth whilst also mentoring our more junior team members.
