Assembly Technician (Defense Industry, Fresh Grads are welcome)

About the role

ALG is currently recruiting for Assembly Technician to work at a workshop facility in the west of Singapore. This role offers an exciting long-term contract opportunity, with a primary focus on vehicle assembly. Job Responsibilities: Perform assembly of vehicles, including installation and integration of mechanical and electrical components, in accordance to the process instructions and quality standards Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and report any assembly defects, or technical issues to supervisors for corrective action. Complete job documentation, including checklists and service records, accurately and promptly. Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively. OJT training will be provided Any other ad-hoc matters to support the team. Job Requirements: Possess a NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive or engineering environment.
