Flexible working hoursProfessional onboarding and training optionsPowerful team looking forward to working with youCareer coaching and development opportunitiesHealth benefitsThis position is part of the R&D Software department, located in Geneva (Vésenaz), Switzerland, and will be hybrid.In this role, a typical day will look like:Designing, implementing, and maintaining embedded software primarily in C++Developing software for embedded Linux systems and microcontrollers (RTOS or no OS)Implementing features and fixes within given software architecturesContributing to software architecture and design discussions and continuous improvement initiativesDebugging, verifying, and testing software at component and system levelSupporting new product development (NPD) as well as sustaining activities such as quality improvements, compliance, obsolescence management, and product modificationsCollaborating closely with electronics, systems, manufacturing, and service teams across international locationsWorking according to established R&D processes, quality systems, and agile practicesThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5 or more years of professional software development experienceStrong, hands-on expertise in C++ (modern C++ preferred)Proven experience in embedded software developmentExperience working with embedded Linux and/or RTOS based systemsUnsolicited AssistanceHealth insuranceVision insuranceFlexible schedule
