Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Leader, with direct team management responsibilities.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate conversational English, with the ability to maintain business-level conversations.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone), Diagram, Root Cause Analysis)
• Basic knowledge of welding processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or experience.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO and IATF standards.
• Availability to work under a 4x3 schedule, with monthly shift rotation
• Minimum of year of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in manufacturing quality or operations environments.
