- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer and operational issues, resolving problems and identifying root causes
- Analyze trends and operational data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Assist in audit oversight, reporting, and compliance-related activities
- Participate in system enhancements and operational changes that improve efficiency and scalability
- Act as a subject matter expert for core document management processes and workflows

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
