Manage the team to achieve division's business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities Direct the sourcing and product development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process Monitor sales performance, budget analysis and implementation Provide strategic insights and recommendations for product design and assortment planning. Maintain ongoing and regular communication with vendor contacts including resolution of delivery issues with vendor base Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiencies Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management You will thrive in the role if you ...... Extensive experience and independently work with US customers Strong sweater knowledge, and familiar with merchandising and product development process Extensive experience in collaborating with offshore factories Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Occasional travel is required If this sounds like you, Apply Now!
