About the role
As a Franchise Operations Trainer at Paris Baguette Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our franchise locations. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Franchise Operations Trainer or TTT experience, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Excellent knowledge of franchise operations, including best practices in training, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach individuals and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using various training and reporting tools
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
