Responsibilities

  • Compensation Consulting & Administration
  • Partner with leaders and HR to provide guidance on promotions, hiring decisions, pay adjustments, and job leveling
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture and internal grading structures

  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and compensation statement setup (Workday)
  • Prepare compensation analyses, reports, and budget recommendations
  • Develop manager guides, timelines, and employee-facing communication materials
  • Incentive Compensation Programs (ICP & Sales Compensation)
  • Administer incentive and sales compensation plans including setup, tracking, and payouts
  • Partner with Finance and leadership on ICP design updates and annual plan changes
  • Load, test, and validate incentive data and system configurations
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare communication materials for leadership and participants
  • Payroll, Finance & Compliance
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to support payments, deductions, and reporting
  • Conduct audits including minimum wage reviews and termination payment eligibility
  • Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for leadership
  • Communication & HR Business Partner Support
  • Serve as a primary compensation resource for HR Business Partners
  • Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, transfers, and equity reviews
  • Develop communication materials, guides, and training resources
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Capabilities & Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and pay structures
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Workday, SAP, and Excel
  • Strong consultative communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
  • Experience supporting compensation programs and data analysis
  • We Would Also Prefer:
  • Experience with incentive plans, market pricing, and CCP certification
  • Success Measures:
  • Accuracy of compensation data and market pricing
  • Timely delivery of annual compensation cycles
  • Accuracy of incentive plan administration

The Compensation Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Taylor's compensation programs. Will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The role designs and administers compensation programs, including base pay and incentives, and develops and maintains pay structures, salary grades, and guidelines to support informed pay decisions. This position provides analytical and consultative support across job architecture, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. It conducts market analysis, supports compensation surveys and incentive programs, and ensures accurate, compliant execution of compensation changes. Serving as a trusted advisor, the role also develops communication materials and translates data into clear insights for leaders.
