Responsibilities

Requirements
- No prior experience required - prior SDR work, cold calling, or transferable experience from college (athletics, leadership, part-time sales) is a plus
- Highly organized - you can juggle a high volume of inbound leads and follow-ups, staying on top of every prospect without letting anything slip through the cracks
- Strong written and verbal communication - as the first point of contact at Miter, you're energetic, personable, and make a great first impression

About the Team & How We Work: Our SDR team is the engine behind Miter's pipeline growth - and we're scaling it fast. As an Inbound SDR, you'll be the first to connect with contractors who raise their hand to learn more about Miter, responding fast and turning that interest into qualified pipeline. You'll work hand in hand with Marketing and Account Executives to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a high-impact seat with plenty of room to get creative. You'll help sharpen our qualifying and follow-up motions, tie prospect pain to the right Miter modules, and shape a repeatable inbound playbook as the product evolves - working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas and accelerate revenue growth. As the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you'll set the tone for strong, lasting relationships and help contractors see the value of modern, industry-leading tools.
