Operation & Supply Chain Engineer (Leadership Development Program)

Responsibilities

• Program Scope & Additional Details
• This application is for our July 2026 start date.
• During your three years, you will have ongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation. Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in several departments, including:
• Three, six-month rotations in the following required areas:
• Operations Engineering
• Plan & Materials
• Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
• One, six-month rotation in the following elective areas:
• Strategic Sourcing
• Logistics
• One, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant guidance. You will report to Department manager.
• In addition to the year-long capstone, you are required to complete 3 of your 5 rotations in the required category and 1 of your 5 rotations in the elective category.
• Throughout the three-year program, associates will have:
• Individualized mentoring in a learning environment.
• Challenge levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility.
• Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and spoken)
• The preferred - You might have
• B (Bien) or 80 out of 100 grade average or better
• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related areas
• Previous applicable co-op or intern experience.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.Communicate to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Produce excellent work results
